Respondents Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to direct the respondents to register a First Information Report pursuant to the complaint given by the petitioner dated 27.11.2014 against Mr.Babu also known as Good Luch Babu aged about 55 years carrying on business in Transport at No.D49 1st Floor C.M.D.A., Truck Terminal Complex Madhavaram Chennai Mr.Naren also known as Venkat Narayanan the Assistant of the said Mr.Babu whose contact address is not known to the petitioner and Mrs.Lakshmi reddy carrying on business in the name and style of Lakshmi Manpower and placement consultatnt at 13th Main Road Annanagar Chennai - 40 pursuant to the complaint dated 27.11.2014. ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 27.11.2014. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. It is represented that the petitioner lodged a complaint with the respondent police and on the said complaint, the petition https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

enquiry is pending in CSR No.731/2014.

4. Hence, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.731/2014 and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]..

5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
