WMP Nos.6442, 6444, 6445, 6446, and 6447 of 2022 in W.P.Nos.4212, 4213, 4215, 4218 and 4219 of 2022 ABDUL QUDDHOSE, J.

WMP Nos.6442, 6444, 6445, 6446, and 6447 of 2022 have been filed to direct the respondents to take on record the petitioners' respective petitions filed under section 86(1)(f) of Electricity Act, 2003 by allotting filing number to each of those petitions.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits, on instructions, that the petitioners' applications filed under section 86(1)(f) of the Electricity Act, 2003 were received by the respondents on 25.10.2021 and serial numbers have been assigned as follows:- Corresponding W.P.No.

Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners is satisfied, for the purpose of the disposal of WMPs, if the submission of the learned counsel for the respondent that the applications under Section 86(1)(f) of the Electricity Act, 2003 were filed on 25.10.2021 and serial numbers were assigned is recorded by this Court.

5. The submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents is recorded and accordingly WMP Nos.6642, 6444, 6445, 6446, and 6447 of 2022 are disposed of in terms thereof.
