ORDER

The petitioner, alleging non-compliance of the order passed by this Court in WP.No.32797/2013 dated 02.12.2014, came forward to file the present contempt petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the order which is the subject matter of contempt, has been complied with and a challenge has also been made by the petitioner to the said order by filing WP.No.18545/2018 and it is pending. The Court heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the respondent/contemnor. In the light of the said development, nothing further remains for further adjudication in this petition. Therefore, the contempt petition is closed.
