ORDER
This Court, by an order dated 08.10.2015 in W.P.No.31809 of 2015, directed the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 29.08.2015, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent has complied with the order of this Court vide Na.Ka.771/2016/J3 dated 26.07.2016.
3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, the contempt petition is closed.
