(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J) This writ petition has been filed seeking to expedite the pending proceedings on the file of Debts Recovery Tribunal - I, Chennai in S.A.No.100 of 2018.

2. Considering the limited prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the appeal is pending for more than a year, we direct the Debts Recovery Tribunal - I, Chennai to dispose of the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
