The Transfer Petition is filed to withdraw OP.No.501 of 2024 pending on the file of the Family Court, Karur and to transfer the same to the file of the Sub Court, Perundurai for joint trial along with HMOP.No.119 of 2024.

2. The petitioner would submit that she married the respondent on 23.08.2018. Thereafter, due to difference of opinion the parties separated and the respondent herein had filed OP.No.501 of 2024, seeking dissolution of marriage. Subsequently, the petitioner herein had filed HMOP.No.119 of 2024 seeking restitution of conjugal rights.

3. The petitioner would submit that presently she is living at Chennimalai and it is very difficult for her to travel to Chennai to attend every hearing. The petitioner would submit that she has to take care of her 5 years old son. The petitioner would submit that it is very difficult for her both physically and financially to attend the hearing. 2/5

Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. The respondent though served has not entered appearance.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is seeking transfer to the Sub Court, where the presence of both the parties is not necessary, the transfer petition is allowed as prayed for.
