Aggrieved over the long pendency of the Arbitration Original Petition in O.P.No.168 of 2013 on the file of the Principal District Court, Villupuram, the petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition before this Court.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that pursuant to the direction issued in C.R.P.(NPD) No.1960 of 2009, dated 07.11.2013, the Original Petition was numbered. But till date, it has not seen the light of the day.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, without going to the merits of the matter, a direction is issued to the Principal District Court, Villupuram, to dispose of the Arbitration Original Petition in O.P.No.168 of 2013, as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
