ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the third respondent to demarcate and earmark the road as per the gift deed dated 08.06.1993 registered as Doc. No.3386 of 1993 and rectification deed dated 30.09.1993 registered as Doc.No.5767 of 1993 executed in favour of the Commissioner, Ambattur Municipality and consequently direct the 1st respondent herein to implement the inspection report in Letter No.L1/5111/2018 dated 22.05.2018 on the file of the 2nd respondent herein.

2. Without expressing any merits in this writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the request made by the petitioner to demarcate and earmark the road as per the gift deed dated 08.06.1993 and also as per the instruction report dated 22.05.2018 on the file of the second 2/4

respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already demarcated.
