O R D E R
(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvannamalai while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
2. The petitioners have been implicated for the offences under Sections 147, 323, 324, 355, 506(ii) of IPC. Hence the petitioners filed a petition for anticipatory bail before the Court below.
3. The Court below while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners imposed certain conditions. One of the conditions is that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.
5. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by the Court below in Crl.M.P.No.793 of 2020 dated 04.03.2020. 2/4
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.793 of 2020 dated 04.03.2020 by the Court below, is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
7. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, with the above modification.
