O R D E R

Pursuant to the order passed by me on 20.08.2014, a sum of Rs.1,01,440/- has already been disbursed. But, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the said sum is towards first and second year of study.

2. Whatever it is, the order has been at least partly complied with. Therefore, there can be no contempt. Hence, the Contempt petition is closed. The respondents shall ensure that whatever is payable to the petitioner for the subsequent years, shall not be withheld, forcing the petitioner to come up again to this Court.
