2. Earlier this Court by an order dated 28.07.2020, directed the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and conduct survey and pass appropriate orders.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up, Mr.K.M.D.Muhilan, the learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's representation was considered and survey was conducted on 04.07.2021. The said statement of the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent is recorded.
