This petition is filed to condone the delay of 28 days in filing the above appeal.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the first respondent remained exparte before the Tribunal and hence notice to the first respondent may be dispensed with.

3. Though notice has been served on the second respondent none has entered appearance on behalf of them.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered.
