W.M.P.No.7159 of 2025 in W.P.No.1261 of 2021 N.MALA, J.

The present Miscellaneous Petition is filed to permit the petitioner to amend the prayer as a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records connected with the impugned orders of the third respondent vide proceeding D.O.1525/06C.NO.D1/31489 /2002, dated 25.11.2006 and consequential order of the second respondent A2/282/33454/2019 dated 26.05.2020 and quash the same and issue a direction directing the respondents to send the petitioner for regular Sub-Inspector of Police training so as enable to get regular Sub-Inspector of Police on par with the her batch mates with all consequential benefits thereon within a time to be stipulated by this Court.

2. Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has no objection for allowing this petition.

3. Accordingly, this Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
