In A.No.4318 of 2016, by order dated 01.06.2016, this Court directed the applicant to comply with the order passed by this Court on 19.02.2016 by depositing the minor's share in the sale proceeds in any one of the nationalised Banks. It was further observed in the said order that thereafter, appropriate application can be filed, seeking permission to use the said amount for the purpose of purchasing another property.

2.Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the minor's share has been duly deposited in the Indian Bank, High Court Branch, Chennai in Deposit Receipt No.0525232 dated 22.07.2016. Hence permission may be granted to withdraw the said deposit of Rs.16 lakhs being the share of the minor for the purpose of purchasing the schedule mentioned property jointly in the name of the applicant as well as the minor.
