COMMON ORDER The petition has filed these Civil Revision petitions to issue a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Alandur, to expedite the trial and dispose of the original petition in O.P.Nos.551 of 2022 & 610 of 2023.

2. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner seeks speedy disposal of of O.P.Nos.551 of 2022 & 610 of 2023, which was filed in the year 2022.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent raised objections by filing a counter.

4. However, the matter has been adjourned repeatedly without any progress. Therefore, the petitioner seeks early disposal.

5. Considering the submissions made on both sides, and the fact that both parties are employed, the mediation has also failed. Taking into account the

circumstances, this Court directs the Trial Court to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months.
