Vs PACHIAMMAL [ RESPONDENT ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant stay of all further proceedings in pursuant to the judgment and decree dated 13/07/2016 made in CMA (LA) No.08/2007 on the file of Sub Court Dharmapuri modifying the Award No. 1/ADW/2002-03 in Na.Ka.No.352/2002 (t) dated 20/03/2003 on the file of the Land Acquisition Officer Dharmapuri (in CMP.No.8627/18) pending disposal of the above SA.No.310/18.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.DEV MAHENDRAN GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE for the petitioner and of M/S.V.R.ANNAGANDHI Advocate (Caveator) on behalf of the respondents the court made the following order:- This Court, while granting interim stay, by order dated 24.06.2018, directed the petitioners to deposit the entire award amount with costs, within a period of twelve weeks. Thereafter, this matter came up for hearing on several occasions. Though the learned Government Advocate took time to make deposit, till date deposit has not been made us directed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Hence, this Court does not find any reason to entertain the prayer for extension.
