This Criminal Original Petition filed praying to transfer the investigation in Cr.No.407 of 2015 pending on the file of the respondent police to any other independent agency like CBCID.

Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor filed a detailed status report stating that on completion of investigation in Crime No.407 of 2015, charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Hosur and the same was taken on file as P.R.C.No.72 of 2015. 3.Since charge sheet has already been filed in Crime No.405 of 2015, the prayer made in the present petition has become infructuous.
