ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to set to set aside the order dated 14.02.2025 in Crl.M.P.No. 281 of 2025 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge at Puducherry and modify the condition imposed in para 6(3), that the petitioner shall offer security to the tune of Rs.3,50,000/- in Crl. M.P. No. 134 of 2025 order dated 27.01.2025.

3. This Court finds no reason to modify the condition imposed by the Principal Session Judge, Puducherry in Crl. M.P. No. 134 of 2025 while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
