ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the body and person of the petitioner's daughter by name I.Bowya, aged about 17 years, before this Court and grant her custody to the petitioner, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the alleged detenue - Bowya, was produced by the police before the Judicial Magistrate III, Coimbatore on 23.12.2020 in Singanallur P.S.Crime No.23 of 2020.
