.. Respondents Appeal preferred under Clause 15 of Letters Patent against the order dated 07.10.2020 made in W.P.No.8473 of 2020. Prayer in W.P.No.8473 of 2020:-Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified Mandamus, call for records pertaining impugned order passed by the 9th Respondent vide Ref.No.PU/Aca7/Recog/SMVMC & H-PG/2017-18/194 dated 15.02.2018, and quash the same, and consequently direct the respondents 8 and 9 to approve/recognize the admission of those students, whose admission was not recognized in the impugned order of the 9th respondent, admitted in the PG Course in various specialty for the academic year 2017-18, in the petitioner institution, enabling to peruse their course and appear for the exams in future.
