(Judgment of the court was made by Dr.VINEET KOTHARI, J.) Both the learned counsel submit that the writ appeal has become infructuous, as the approval to the respondent Adithya Institute of Technology was granted by the appellant Anna University, for the next academic year 2019-20.
2. Therefore, the appeal is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
