O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with the present Contempt Petition for the wilful disobedience of the order of this Hon'ble Court dated dated 07.03.2014 made in Crl.O.P. No. 3064 of 2014, by the respondent.

2. It is brought to the attention of this Court the order passed by this Court on 07.03.2014. Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that referred charge sheet has already been filed on 02.07.2015 before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvallur. She further submitted that since the copy of the charge sheet is not available in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the bundle, she is unable to produce the same to this

Court. The submission of the learned Government Advocate is placed on record.

3. Since the learned counsel for the petitioner expressed his grievance that the copy has not yet been served on him, the respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the charge sheet to the petitioner within a period of one week, if not already communicated.

4. In view of the above, the Contempt Petition is closed.

However, if the petitioner is further aggrieved, it is open to approach the appropriate Court of Law.
