With the consent of both sides, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner has come forward with the present Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the impugned order of list of selection and allotment dated 06.04.2016 issued by the 6th respondent so far as the 7th and 8th respondent to MD General Medicine Specialty course self financing seat Rajah Muthiah Medical College & Hospital (Annamalai University) under BC service, quash the same and direct the 6th respondent to allot the seat in MD General Medicine Specialty Course self financing seat Rajah Muthiah Medical College & Hospital (Annamalai University) under BC service to the petitioner.

Though very many contentions have been raised in this writ petition, at the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would be suffice, if the petitioner was considered as a service candidate in the light of the GO.(D).No.349, dated 29.02.2016 and G.O.No.726, dated 05.07.2013.

4. Heard the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh representation along with a copy of this order to sixth respondent within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the sixth respondent is directed to consider the same in the light of the GO.(D).No.349, dated 29.02.2016 and G.O.No.726, dated 05.07.2013 and pass appropriate order, within a period of six weeks thereon, after affording opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner.

6. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
