Seeking to condone the delay of 376 days in filing the papers relating to O.P.D.No.46195 of 2016, the present application has been filed.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the matter has been resolved between the parties and the applicant has also received the original

documents. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant, the application is dismissed as withdrawn.
