Prayer in W.P. No. 3259 of 2018:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India prayed that this Hon'ble court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorarified mandamus, or any other appropriate Writ or Order or Direction,in the nature of writ, and to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent vide No. order passed by the 2nd respondent vide No.MCI - 23 (1)(MC)/2017/171352 dated 31.01.2018 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 6 to approve the admission of those 10 students who were discharged by the impugned order dated 31.01.2018, admitted in the PG Course in various specialty under the Management Quota for the academic year 2017-18 in the petitioner institution, enabling to peruse their course and appear for the exams in future and pass necessary orders and render justice.

2. When the matter is called today, Learned Counsel appearing for both sides submit that this Appeal has been filed against the order passed in W.P. No. 3259 of 2018 by the aggrieved students discharged from the Medical College by the Medical Council of India and the prayer sought in this Writ Appeal has become infructuous, in view of the judgment passed by this Court in W.A. Nos.732, 805 and 808 of 2021 dated 29.07.2021.

3. Recording the submissions made by the Learned Counsel appearing for both sides, this Writ Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
