Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner by this Hon'ble Court made in Crl.O.P.No.3193/2020 dated 17.03.2020 pertaining to appearance before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am and 5.30 pm until further orders. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SENTHILKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.PRABAKAR, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- 1.This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed, seeking to relax the bail condition that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police thrice daily at. 10.30 a.m., 2.00 p.m. and 5.30 p.m. for a period of 15 days and thereafter, twice daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. for a period of 15 days and thereafter, daily at 10.30 am until further orders, as directed by the order of this Court, dated, 17.02.2020 made in Crl.OP.No.3193 of 2020.

3.It is stated by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by the order of this Court, dated, 17.02.2020. In view of the same, the said condition is modified to the extent that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly.
