JUDGMENT

In a suit for specific performance, the learned counsels appearing on either side would submit in unison that the parties to the Suit have reached an understanding and had entered into a Joint Memo of Compromise and the same is placed before this Court. The first defendant is present through video conferencing and had been identified by the learned counsel appearing for him and the defendants 2 to 6 are present before this Court.

2. In the said Joint Memo of compromise the defendants had agreed to execute the sale deed in favour of the plaintiff in respect of scheduled B & C on the terms as indicated therein.

3. Recording the said Joint Memo of Compromise, the suit stands disposed of on the said terms as being settled out of the Court. The said Joint Memo of Compromise shall form part of this judgment. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, no further adjudication is required to be made in the suit and accordingly the suit stands disposed of as settled out of Court.
