ORDER

This Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to register FIR on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 03.12.2014.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint dated 03.12.2014 given by the petitioner is not available with the respondent police.

3. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to appear in person before the second respondent police along with this order and lodge a fresh complaint, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

containing the very same contents as stated in the previous complaint dated 03.12.2014. On receipt of such complaint, the same shall be enquired into and action be taken thereon in accordance with law, if it discloses the commission of a cognizable offence or drop action otherwise.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
