Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the 4th respondent District Educational Officer vide his Proceedings O.Mu.No.2631/A4/2016 dated 01.02.2017, quash the same and further direct the 4th respondent District Educational Officer to forthwith forward the proposal for evaluation of
petitioner's Trained Teachers Certificate (TTC) Certificate without insisting upon production of Teachers Eligibility Test (TET) Certificate and further, direct the 3rd respondent Director of Teacher Education, Research and Training to evaluate the same for grant of equivalent certificate.
