4972 of 2020 which had been dismissed for non prosecution on 02.03.2021.

2. Counsel for the petitioner is not present.

3. Heard the learned Special Government Pleader on behalf of the respondents.

4. It is stated that the writ petition has been filed questioning an order whereby income certificate had not been issued to the petitioner herein.

5. Let me be a little indulgent and restore the writ petition and give an opportunity to the petitioner to advance his case in the main writ petition itself. W.M.P. 9437 of 2021 is allowed. W.P.No. 4972 of 2020 is restored.

6. List the writ petition after three weeks.
