2. For the reasons set out in the accompanying affidavit and there being no objection put forth by the respondents, the delay of 37 days in filing the Writ Appeal is condoned and this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.

3. Registry is directed to number the Writ Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.

4. Mr.Karthik Jagannath, learned Government Advocate, in anticipation of the appeal being numbered and listed for admission, seeks, and has been handed over a copy of the Writ Appeal papers from the Court bundle under acknowledgement.
