ORDER

Heard Mr.P.R.Thiruneelakandan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Sathish Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

2. By consent of the learned counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The petitioner, who has been granted license to run the bar attached to the Tasmac retail outlet shop No.1688 at https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Kallarai Veethi, Sowripalayam, Coimbatore, has approached this Court on an apprehension that the TASMAC retail outlet shop will be closed much prior to the expiry of the license granted to him, i.e., on 31.08.2017.

4. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that there is no proposal to close the shop till the end of the period of license, i.e., 31.08.2017 and the petitioner is permitted the run the shop till the expiry of the license period.

5. The said submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents is placed on record and the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
