ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above Contempt Petition stating that the respondents have disobeyed the order of status quo granted by this court on 11.09.2017 made in W.M.P.Nos. 24502 & 24503 of 2017 in W.P.No.23397 of 2017.

2. Mr.M.Elumalai, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents, has filed the counter affidavit of the 4th respondent stating that the respondents have not violated the order of status quo and that they are maintaining the status quo till today.

3. In view of the specific averment made in the counter affidavit, the Contempt Petition is closed. SD/- Assistant Registrar (Comm.
