This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 29.04.2024 in W.P. No. 30551 of 2012.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, it is represented by Mr.J.Ravindran, learned Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents have already complied with the order passed by this Court referred to above and accordingly, issued proceedings Rc.No.207736/CA.1/2023 dated 22.07.2025 appointing the petitioner as Data Entry Assistant / Receptionist.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also confirmed the same.
