This Criminal original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Respondent Police to register a case on the Petitioner's complaint dated 16.02.2016 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that a case in Cr.No.354 of 2016 has been registered on 22.06.2016 for offences under Sections 294(b), 427, 448 and 506(2) IPC, based on the complaint given by the petitioner herein.

Recording the same, this petition is closed.
