[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J] Petitioner, who is the father of the detenue viz., Nandhini, aged 15 years, sought production of his daughter. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner as also learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents 1 and 2.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that she, a minor, aged 15 years, was traced in the company of third respondent, against whom a case stands registered in Crime No.188/2018 on the file of Edapadi Police Station. Third respondent has been remanded to custody.

4. The detenue is housed at Girls Life Line Trust, Salem from 06.11.2018. The detenue informs that she is unwilling to return to the parental home and expressed her intent to return to Girls Life Line Trust, Salem. Petitioner has been informed.

5. Recording such position, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
