2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms.E.Yuvarani, learned counsel for respondents 1 and 2.

3.The petitioner has given sufficient and plausible reasons in paragraph No.5 of the affidavit filed in support of this petition. The reasons stated are convincing and this Court is satisfied that the petitioner has given satisfactory reasons for the delay.

4.Though the learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 raised objections, the objections are not serious in nature.

5.Since this Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the delay of 203 days in filing the Second Appeal is condoned.
