These applications have been filed to condone the delay of 4860 days in filing the written statement of the 2nd defendant and to condone the delay of 4858 days in filing the written statement on behalf of the 1st respondent in C.S.No.674 of 2009.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents has no objection for allowing these applications.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these applications, the delay is condoned and the applications are allowed.
