This petition is filed to withdraw the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.80 of 2014 from the file of the hon'ble Subordinate Court, Arni and to transfer the same to the Family Court, Vellore, Vellore District.

2. When the matter was called on 01.07.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, this Court directed the matter to be posted under the caption "For dismissal" on 07.07.2021. Though the matter was listed under the caption "For dismissal", again there was no representation for the petitioner on 07.07.2021. This Court directed the matter to be posted under the caption "For orders" on 14.07.2021. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. Considering the sequence of events, this Court is of the view that the petitioner or his counsel is not interested in prosecuting the case. Hence this transfer civil miscellaneous https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
