The prayer sought for herein is to raise the order of attachment dated 23.04.2018 made in A.No.401 of 2018 attaching the immovable property morefully described in the schedule to the judges summons and a copy of the order raising attachment be transmitted through the District and Sessions Court, Baramati, Maharastra.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant who would submit that, earlier this Court passed an order of attachment and subsequent to the order, the matter has been settled between the parties and thereafter, the attachment already made against the respondents in respect of the immovable property shall not continue any more and the same can be lifted.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant, this application is allowed and the order of attachment dated 23.04.2018 is hereby lifted and the copy of this order be transmitted through the District and Sessions Court, Baramati, Maharastra to the concerned SRO for making necessary endorsement in the concerned record.
