ORDER
The petition has been filed to direct the respondents to provide signals and furnish set top boxes enable petitioner to provide services for the consumers in the Bairnaickenpatti village, Harur Taluk, Dharmapuri District within a stipulated period of time by considering the representation dated 25.10.2025. 2.It is the case of the petitioner that he is running a Cable TV network in the Bairnaickenpatti village after getting allotment order dated 29.04.2015 and LCO number assigned was LCO 49290. The first respondent extended TACTV network to nearby village of Kottapatti. Therefore, the petitioner requested the 2nd respondent to provide signals and furnish set top boxes enabling the petitioner to provide cable TV network to his consumers in Bairnaickenpatti village. Since the 2nd respondent has not provided signals due to political influence of 3rd and 4th respondents, the petitioner is before this Court.
3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the relief now sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.10.2025, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
