ORDER

Seeking to punish the respondent for the alleged disobedience of the order of this court dated 21.12.2010 made in W.P.No.20932 of 2000, the petitioner has come forward with this contempt petition.

2. When the contempt petition was taken up, the the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the order in the writ petition has been complied with by the respondents. The learned counsel for the petitioner would also concede that the order in the writ petition has now been complied with by the respondents. The said statements are recorded.

3. In view of the above, no more adjudication is required in this matter and the contempt petition is accordingly closed.
