(CRIME NO.1098/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.1166/2022 and same was allowed dated 20/01/2022 with on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police Every Monday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of S.SATHEESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.1166 of 2022 dated 20.01.2022.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.
