Alleging violation of the order of this Court dated 04.08.2016 made in W.P.No.20676 of 2016, the present Contempt Petition has been filed.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ appearing for the respondents submitted that as per the

direction of this Court, the first respondent has passed an order dated 16.06.2017 in Proc.R.No.16941/R1/2016 (E.O.No.377/2017). He has also produced a copy of the same.

3. Since the order of this Court has been complied with, I am of the opinion that nothing survives in this Contempt Petition for adjudication. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the present Contempt Petition is closed.
