PRAYER: Criminal Original petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the first respondent police, Nallipalayam Police Station, Namakkal, not to harass the petitioner's company their staffs including Mr.Prakash in the guise of investigation pending enquiry in Crime No.unknown/2022.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent police, Nallipalayam Police Station, Namakkal, not to harass the petitioner's company their staff including Mr.Prakash in the guise of investigation pending enquiry in Crime No.unknown/2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that on the complaint given by one Rameshkumar, a case has been registered against Deva @ Devaraj, Kesavan and one Prakash. He would further submit that Mr.Prakash is an accused https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in Crime No.40 of 2022 for the offence under Section 321, 392 and 420 of IPC.

3. Under such circumstances, once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to interfering with the investigation conducted by the respondent police.

4.This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed, accordingly.
