The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorari to call for the records relating to the order dated 03.09.2015 bearing reference Na.Ka.63/2015/A2 on the file of the first respondent and to quash the same.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that as against the impugned order, there is effective revision remedy available to the petitioner before the District Revenue Officer. Hence, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, may grant liberty to the petitioner to file revision before the District Revenue Officer.

3.In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file revision before the District Revenue Officer. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
