2. Heard both sides and perused the documents placed on record.

3. Eventhough this Court is not inclined to delve into the averments stated by the applicants in the present application, only on the ground that an opportunity should be given to the applicants / defendants to defend their case, this application is allowed, but the plaintiff seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the suit itself and if the applicants / defendants has got any grievance against the said plaintiff, who had entered into an agreement with the defendants, the applicants / defendants are at liberty to proceed in the manner known to law and the defendants cannot stop the plaintiff from withdrawing the suit.
