Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the second respondent in Lr.No.Na.Ka.No.663/1990/R-1, dated 23.06.2015 and quash the same and direct the third respondent to issue patta to the petitioner's land comprised in Survey No.644, 645/1 to extent of 0.05.5 Hectares and 0.26.5 Hectares in Hosur Village, Krishnagiri District without insisting 'No Objection Certificate' from the first and second respondents.
