The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that there is a mistake in the crime number and she would seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submission and also the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is given to the petitioner to file a fresh petition with correct crime number.
