ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioners written representation dated 03.06.2023 by taking note of the 2nd respondent communication in his Letter No. Vi.Ku. Pa 2 / 19285 / 2004 dated 21.07.2022 ( communication dated 06.04.2023).

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that during pendency of the writ petition, the representation has been considered and order was passed on 13.03.2024. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

3. In view of the subsequent development, no further order is necessary in this case. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous, However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law if required. No costs.
